Getting to know your heart
After my podcast, talking about the trials and tribulations of following my own deep fulfilment to where I am now, I am holding a day-long online course to help you explore and discover more about your own heart. Connecting to my heart was at the top of my list to begin the journey to deep fulfilment - sounds easy but really benefits from someone guiding your exploration, and supporting what arises. all this as the first step to getting to your soul purpose and making it happen in real life.
Exploring the heart to discover more of what is possible there is part of this connection and we know more now than ever about the different functions and aspects that can bring us closer to our individual fulfilment as well as our society's fulfilment in how we all connect and thrive.

Deep Group Coherance Training
It has been identified at a global level that we need to move from largely creating individual focussed training and development, into a group development mindset. Enhancing , cultivating and elevating the way we connect in our teams and groups, in our organisations and including organisations outside of our own - to include the whole system where the complex changes needed for our societal problems can be found. This training begins by bringing the science of connection to the fore, how to influence our individual energies to bring connection with each other. then bringing practices to embed and sustain a deeper connection between us, in service of a complete, wholesome approach to our work. This will give the opportunity to lift the worldview of your people into a place of collective wellbeing and ambition, into the spaces that are not commonly trodden but are so very valuable and the forefront of how we can evolve.
Introduction to Inner Development using Vocal Sound (IDuVS) ©
How can we expand the number and roles of the people we can reach to help them see the importance of the inner work, regardless of their place, role and history?
How can we bypass the barriers of bias and language in attracting people to this work, as well as give an alternative to meditation where this isn’t appealing to some?
This course of entirely new conscious experiences using vocal sound will bring a different way of exploring and expanding into our inner and outer worlds. These experiences can amplify and develop resonances in service of, not only of inner development, but also our endeavours for networks and systems to come together more deeply and more easily by using our voices and their tones.
If you are a professional interested in pushing at the edges of what we know about how we can get to our inner worlds, and attract others to this direction of travel, this introductory session (1.5 hours £44.00) will be of interest to you.

There is then an opportunity to enrol in the IDuVS practitioner course that will give the tools and support to begin to practice these yourself in your professional setting.
Inner Development Using Vocal Sound (IDUVS) © - Professionals’ Practitioner Course
This course will give you the knowledge and skills to bring Vocal Sound into your own practice and to use it with your professional clients, groups / organisations and projects / initiatives.
Inner Development using Vocal Sound (IDuVS) © is a radical new approach to reach into our inner worlds, in order to do the work needed. This method is focussed on the circuitry of the right brain, that brings us more easily and directly into our collective energies, and also beyond our automatic biases, repeating patterns of behaviour (even if they are unconscious) and barriers to development. This online course will last for 8 weeks costing £1111.00.
It will comprise:
Weekly sessions (1.5 hours each) will include:
o The science of our work in transformational change
o The science of Inner Development using Vocal Sound
o Beyond the science – bringing in additional perspectives
o Linking to the IDGs – how do they fit together and how does this new approach help us?
o Practical techniques throughout – learning and practice sessions, discovering through our own experience of VS work
o Ways to apply what you have learnt in your work and life
Community of Practice – For the duration of the course, every 2 weeks, the group will come together to discuss how we have put these tools into action, what happened, what was our experience and ways to expand the practice.
There will be the option to continue meeting monthly by joining an ongoing Community of Practice for Vocal Sound Practitioners as on ongoing membership (£33.00/month), which will include professionals working purely with Vocal Sound as their profession as well as professional groups associated with the IDGs and similar.

If you would like a deeper look at how this all works and fits into current frameworks of transformational change like Theory U, complexity theory, adult development., systems thinking, adaptive spaces, role of emotions, automatic bias, perspective-taking, sense-making, quantum theory…then you can access the more academic aspects of these established frames and how they fit with the Vocal Sound methods through this 3 part course (3 x 1.5 hours : £133.00):
Part 1 – The science of sound and energetic frequencies – why is this relevant to us?
Part 2 – How Vocal sound directly fits with and complements existing frameworks related to transformational change.
Part 3 – Expanding these frameworks by including vocal sound and electro-magnetic frequencies as moderators and mediators of effective systems working, understanding and working in complexity and inner development.

This course is a full day or can be split into 3 shorter sessions. This course will give the opportunity to map your existing system, what isn't there, and the exploration into the need for our inner awareness in order to create a more connected and effective systems approach.
This is the next stage on from mapping our physical systems - what holds it all together? What don't we look at and why? How can we go deeper?
This course gives methods to explore these aspects, including practices that go to much deeper places of our own experience, to anchor what is important in our work, everyday.

This is a full day course that uses Otto Scharmer's Levels of Listening alongside work from Heartmath to recognise and cultivate conditions and skills for listening.

The next step on from traditional leadership, team cohesion, organisational dynamics / collaboration and culture-change courses. This course starts to move into the very practical ways to this seldom-explored and developed area of energy, vibration, connection and care.
