Esther Hall has developed a radical new approach and set of tools for inner development, in service of the work our leaders and organisations are doing around the world for global and local thriving. Inner Development using Vocal Sound (IDuVS) © includes a range of courses giving a variety of tools and techniques that bring together what science has revealed to us about the power of voice and tone holding different resonances/frequencies, and what our existing and ancient knowledge has not truly been allowed to bring into our collective consciousness on the same subject.

These courses teach the conscious application of vocal sound to access the places within us, and each other, individually and collectively, that obstruct and/or amplify our inner growth. The practical application of these techniques to the most trying aspects of our unconscious/automatic worlds, have the potential to bring the next wave for leadership, systems thinking and community development (and beyond) routinely using our right brain, in all of our work.

Where meditation and mindfulness miss the mark for many in terms of practical application, Vocal Sound bypasses language and therefore the biases within us that often block the very techniques that will help us the most.

Inner Development using Vocal Sound (IDuVS ) © and the UN’s Inner Development Goals

As has been acknowledged around the world, the “inner work” we need to do in order to have a chance of making progress against our most challenging problems is significant. By working on the 23 capacities identified in the IDG framework using Vocal Sound, this allows the complexity of our unconscious and our material worlds to come together in our right brain, which favours our collective identity, our energetic selves and solutions that are literally whole-some.

Bypassing the circuity of language and automatic patterning through Vocal Sound, this set of tools and techniques brings a fresh approach to adapting our inner selves. The techniques bring a directness that reaches deep into ourselves, each other and our world, exactly aligned with the aims of the IDGs and the UN more generally.
